Jay obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from Trisakti University of Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2003, and his Master of Law degree from William S. Richardson School of Law of University of Hawaii at Manoa of Oahu, Hawaii.

He previously worked for several law firms and multinational companies in Jakarta, which among others are BT Partnership, NKNLegal Law Office and PT Ericsson Indonesia.

He is a transactional as well as corporate lawyer, which have experiences and exposures in preparing, assisting and concluding various transactions, both being cross-border and domestic transactions. He has helped numerous clients, domestic and foreign, in a variety of business sectors, which include construction, investment, joint venture, banking and financing, merger & acquisitions and real property.
