Bangkit completed his undergraduated education at Faculty of Law of St. Thomas University in Medan, Sumatera Utara in 1994. In 1995, he immediately attended an internship at the Magdalena Hutapea & Partners Law Office in Pekanbaru for 2 (two) years and co-founded the Huasun & Partners Law Office in Pekanbaru. In 1997-2006 Bangkit Aritonang served as HRD & GA, Legal at Hyundai Elevator & Escalator Indonesia in Jakarta. After that Bangkit Aritonang became the main founder of the Law Office of Bangkit Aritonang and Partners in 2007 until now, in Jakarta. In 2016-2018 he became HRD & Legal Manager at Sumber Waras Hospital. Then in 2020 passed the PKPU & Bankruptcy Education and Training “Curator and Management” in Jakarta.
His practice include of PKPU & Bankruptcy field, which Bangkit understands and has experience in settling debts, both through litigation and non-litigation, especially through PKPU lawsuits. Then in the Defense Sector which includes aspects of buying and selling transactions, leasing, increasing rights, improving land status and documentation, as well as disputes related to land ownership. In the Property Sector, he also has experience in the form of managing licensing issues for housing construction, managing certificates and changing names. In the Corporate/Rising Company Sector, it is also possible to resolve corporate issues concerning the establishment of a Limited Liability Company, both in the context of establishing a regular PT, PMDN, and PMA including structuring all company documents. The field of Taxation Law has the ability to provide Tax Advice, develop an efficient tax structure and manage applications for fiscal and tax facilities related to the business world. Bangkit also understands cases in the Criminal and Criminal Sector and is able to establish good cooperation with relevant agencies such as the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office, as well as assisting inside and outside the court. In the field of Legal Drafting, Bangkit understands the concept of making cooperation contracts, whether in commercial contracts, agency, licenses, or franchises. And the last Bangkit also handled online bussines problems at a company that had conflict with customers.
He is a member of The Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI-SAI) and Indonesia Receiver and Administrator (Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia).
