Wawan completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia in 1996, previously joined with Kartini Muljadi & Rekan, a reputable lawfirm in Jakarta, for more than 20 years.

He is dedicated lawyer, advisor to many multinational companies. He has extensive legal experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He also specializes in various capital market advisories. His practice includes joint venture arrangements, acquisitions, and the establishment of local subsidiaries engaged in various types of business activities.

He has represented many corporate clients, both local and international, including companies and investors from Japan, Australia and European Union.

He is a member of The Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)
